Terms of Sale – NINA M.

2. Products All jewelry sold on ninamjewelry.com is subject to availability. Product images are as accurate as possible; slight variations in color or finish may occur due to screen settings or the handcrafted nature of the pieces.

3. Pricing All prices are displayed in Euros, inclusive of VAT (TTC), in accordance with French consumer law. NINA M. reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Orders are billed at the price in effect at the time of purchase.

4. Orders An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details. NINA M. reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of stock unavailability or payment issues.

5. Payment Payment is due in full at the time of order. All transactions are processed securely via Shopify Payments.

6. Delivery Orders are processed within 7–10 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes approximately 2–3 business days. Total estimated timeframe: 9–13 business days from order confirmation. A tracking number will be sent by email upon dispatch.

7. Right of Withdrawal In accordance with French consumer law (Article L221-18 of the Code de la consommation), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at nina.mantero@gmail.com before the deadline. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, in its original condition.

Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or made-to-order items.

8. Disputes In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. You may also contact a certified mediator. French law applies to all sales made on this website.
